Who we are

This website is operated by Acchalabs Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore ("EGGA", "we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, write to egga [at] acchalabs.ai.

What we collect

When you fill in a form (contact or newsletter), we receive your name, work email, company, website and message. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages visited, how you arrived, device and browser type, and approximate location.

Why we use it

To reply to enquiries, to send the newsletter you explicitly asked for (double opt-in), and to understand in aggregate how the site is used. Where EU/UK law applies, the legal bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in running the business. Singapore processing follows the PDPA.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (hosting and security), Sanity (content management), Brevo (forms and newsletter) and Google (Google Analytics). Each processes data under its own data-processing terms, and data may be processed outside Singapore or the EU.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data for as long as the conversation needs; newsletter data until you unsubscribe; analytics data for 14 months.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent, at any time by writing to egga [at] acchalabs.ai. EU/UK visitors may also complain to their supervisory authority; Singapore contacts may contact the PDPC.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to count visits and tell new visitors from returning ones. They do not identify you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies.
